Skating feels very free, too. I'm glad you did it while you could. xPen Wilcockhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13818227904371811230noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-55532501364780143.post-18672510938684693342019-10-03T23:06:02.605+01:002019-10-03T23:06:02.605+01:00My doctor is concerned that if I fell int would be...My doctor is concerned that if I fell int would be bad. It could well be. I found ice less tough to fall on. I did roller skate as a teen. I even worked in a rink but ew now have two ice rinks but neither are near to me. Oh well. I do sometimes sing. I sing a lot for my little Mia.

It is lovely to be free and silly and not concerned about others and that is what singing brings.Suzannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-55532501364780143.post-52557184264454140802019-10-03T11:52:31.949+01:002019-10-03T11:52:31.949+01:00Yes — "we lose the lightness of spirit" ...Yes — "we lose the lightness of spirit" — I think that's exactly what happens. I miss it, but hardly ever sing any more, even when I'm on my own in the house. I seem to have forgotten all my songs. Must try harder as my school reports used to say!
As for dancing - even in Heaven, I'm not sure my joints are up to it any more, though I have considered Zumba Gold (the one for oldies!!!) 😆
Hello from the Lake Distict kathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16852963693304001127noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-55532501364780143.post-42466544732888370852019-10-03T10:18:39.854+01:002019-10-03T10:18:39.854+01:00:0)
I think it's worth keeping on singing. Pe...:0)

I think it's worth keeping on singing. People don't generally consider it as exercise, but it's good for your core muscles. Could you roller-skate instead? Or does that have the same problems as ice-skating?Pen Wilcockhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13818227904371811230noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-55532501364780143.post-57858480920566581662019-10-03T10:11:30.929+01:002019-10-03T10:11:30.929+01:00I love the list.
