I found a lot more...I love Marie Kondo's book. <br />I found a lot more spiritual insights in her simple book, insights about the emotions relating to our stuff. And I love her how her Shinto background has influenced her approach to a very modern issue. The folding is wonderful too! I can fit a lot more into a lot less space. Her approach gave me freedom, from wanting more space and more furniture to store my stuff and from feeling overwhelmed by possessions. I now no longer shudder when I see the laundry mountain and instead try to feel peaceful and mindful as I fold. She also taught me how to give love to an ugly house that did not match my inner aesthetic at all.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
