730 things

In 2012 I had what I called a 365 year — every day throughout that year I disposed of at least one item, so I could be sure by the end of the year I had upwards of 365 fewer possessions.

Over time, my stash of belongings has crept up, and now, in 2021 (pleasingly similar to 2012) I'm going to do another cull, this time of twice as many things — 730.

Day 1 of this enterprise is March 12th, so the last day will be March 11th 2022 — a decade on from the original cull.

I'll post about what I chuck out as I go.

An Inspiration

‘Let us pass through your country. We will stay on the main road; we will not turn aside to the right or to the left. Sell us food to eat and water to drink for their price in silver. Only let us pass through on foot until we cross the Jordan into the land the Lord our God is giving us.’

(Deuteronomy 2.27-28, 29b NIV UK)
